Hello, I’m Clara (she/her/ella).

In the last five years I’ve undergone a major transformative life shift that has catapulted me into doing healing and energy work for others. About 5 years ago I had a sudden realization about my life and after 30+ years in a mainstream boxy religion that I was raised in I decided to leave it behind and follow the voice of my soul. After being introduced to meditation, end-of-life work and Reiki, I’ve been able to compost and repurpose many of my difficult life experiences and profound changes into a more wholesome and elevated way of seeing reality. My desire is to help others navigate changes and provide healing work through Reiki and coaching that can help elevate them and give them a clear path forward in their lives.

After a really long journey of self discovery and many turns, I leaned into the voice of my ancestors to help others in their healing process and guide them in their own transformative journey through Reiki and coaching.

I want to share Reiki with anyone who is open to this powerful, calming and balancing energy. I have seen how in my own life giving Reiki to myself and receiving it from others has been so enhancing to different areas of my life. Through Reiki, I’ve been able to navigate difficult situations and fears with a lot of calm and balance. I’ve gone from being reactive to situations to peacefully dealing with issues.

Besides Reiki, I’m a regular meditator. I completed a 10-day Vipassanna meditation in 2024 and I incorporate meditation in my daily life. I completed death doula training in 2024 and volunteered in hospice offering a calming presence to those who were in their last moments of life. I was born in the Dominican Republic and came to the United States as a child with my family. I’ve leaned into my ancestrality and in my life, I honor all of my ancestors and invoke my highest and most elevated ancestors to help guide my work. It has been clear to me through dreams that my ancestors want me to shine my unique light and do the powerful work of helping guide others towards a more self aware and elevated life on this earth and beyond. And I am excited to be doing this work!

In my Reiki sessions, I help clients balance their energy and I direct my Reiki towards helping clients reach their own goals and affirmations. For those who want to go further, I offer life and spiritual coaching in areas where clients would like to see improvement. I work together with clients, as a team and I don’t just tell them what to do.

I’m a proud mother of two young children and they also motivate me to constantly show up authentically in the world and be who I say I am in front of everyone! I hold a bachelors and a master degree in Marketing and Communications as well as Leadership. I speak Spanish fluently and some Portuguese (Hablo Español e um pouco de português). I enjoy spending time with my children and cats, connecting with beings of the forest, dancing and music.
